About the event
Set-up will be 6:00am – 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 18th. You will be able to unload your items at the side doors. After unloading, please move your vehicle to the outer parking lot – near the baseball diamond. You are required to stay until closing at 3:00 p.m. All tear-down must be complete by 4:30 p.m. Vendor spaces must be left in a clean and trash-free condition.
Filling out this application does not guarantee your reservation. Priority is given on a first-come, first-served basis based on when applications and payments received. This is a juried show, and the Woodlan Band Boosters reserve the right to limit the number of industries. All applicants will be notified of their registration status via email or phone call. For all accepted applications, registration fees are non-refundable and should be considered a donation to the Spirit of Woodlan Marching Band. No exceptions. Booth assignments will be sent to approved participants no later than Friday, November 3, 2023
Vendor spaces (10’ feet wide by 6’ feet deep) are $60 each. Tables (8’ foot rectangle) are available for $10 each and must be reserved at the time of the application. All booths will include 2 chairs.From $10.00 to $60.00Sale ended
